Immediately after high school, Mr. Tademy joined the U.S. Army, dedicating three years of his life to military service from 1974 to 1977. During this period, he excelled in his technical training, graduating from a specialized tech school in 1976 with a focus on communications. His commitment to excellence was further demonstrated through his certification in telecommunications, underscoring his dedication to mastering his craft.
In 1978, Mr. Tademy transitioned to the private sector, where he joined Hughes Aircraft as an aerospace lab technician. Over the next three years, he played a crucial role in advancing aerospace technology, contributing to the innovative work happening within the company. His technical acumen and problem-solving skills were invaluable in driving forward the cutting-edge projects at Hughes Aircraft.
